A new custom home journey begins!
In 2025, it all started in Selwyn with the purchase of a lot and the vision for what comes next. From early concepts and models, the idea has now become reality.
Construction is officially underway at 2074 Pinehurst Ave, Selwyn—the future site of our new home.
This marks the final custom design for me, Bob, and a project I’m especially proud of.
I’ll be recording and sharing this build from start to finish as it comes to life.
